During his travels, Zia found many sausages in Britain and the rest of Europe, which were predominantly beef, lamb or chicken, but still not 100%.  He met Great British butchers who were willing to make a 100% pork-free sausages to order, using high quality halal sourced meat. Zia fell in love, and soon realised there was a wider market and much interest for these halal British Bangers. He also noted that existing halal meat products were often poor quality, with meat from unethical sources.
